Hi, I’m Sahiti​!

I'm a mixed-methods researcher interested in using technology to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and diverse communities.

I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher at Yale School of Medicine in the Digital Insights Lab. I recently received my PhD in Information Sciences and Technology (specializing in human-computer interaction and digital health) from Penn State. During my PhD, I also interned at Google with their Consumer Health Research Team. My work at both Penn State and Google focused on using wearables to understand and improve health behaviors in various domains: substance use, physical health, and reproductive health.
